(brin-ner) adj. breakfast eaten at the time in which you eat dinner.
for brinner, i had pancakes with a side of bacon.
We eat a lot of brinner in this family...Newmans and Shaws, alike! We had biscuits with gravy, hashbrowns, and scramby eggs last night, so when trying to figure out dinner tonight, we decided to have a different version of our favorite meal!
So simple. Just fry an egg in the middle of a slice of bread.
It's quick, delicious, and Jeremy loves it!
Get yourself a fun little cookie cutter, and go to town.
Although, whenever I have been without a cookie cutter, I just use the top of a glass cup!
Now, what to do with those pesky little hearts (or circles)? Make cinnamon toast, of course!
We have tried this little meal two ways: smothered in white gravy, and covered in maple syrup. They are both MAGICAL. Enjoy!
